I was victimized also with the ad “free trial-you only pay the shipping charges.” I was looking closely at my Visa bill and noticed a charge from Diet MAX for $1.49, $3.67 & $87.47 and then again on 10/15 for $39.95 & $2.95. I DID NOT EXPECT OR AUTHORIZE THESE CHARGES. This is clearly fraud-an attempt to deceit for profit. Also there are 3 “Foreign Transaction interest” charges?

My attempts to call the company were time-consuming. The first recording said, call back on normal business hours. Huh? What time would that be? The next call I could hardly understand the woman who kept trying to give me a sales pitch. I’d have to stop her and say I wasn’t interested in buying anything from that company and wanted my money back. I insisted on talking to her supervisor. "Supervisor" also gave a sales pitch and finally understood the word NO and said she could only refund $20. Well I am sending the 2 bottles back and anything else they’ve mailed recently and demanding a full refund. Such deception to get access to ones credit card number and order whatever they want, I think would be criminal. I’ve cancelled my Visa card and will follow-up on their fraud form.
