Ordered product on June 2, 2010. Recieved it on Jun 14. Was charged $87.47 the day I received it. Tried it on Jun 15 and became sick from it. Called June 16 to cancel and get refund. CSR refused to cancel over the phone. Said he would send me e-mail to cancel and get $20 refund. E-mail never came. On July 7, another charge for $87.47 and no product received. I called and got same spill. Went to Bank and cancelled my debit card. Came home and filed complaints with the US Attorney's Office Internet Crime Unit and econsumer.gov international scam site. Called London headquarters and asked for the Legal department. I'm an attorney. She said she couldn't transfer me. I informed her that I was recording the call and I had already filed complaints and I am lawyer and am going to London next month and will file legal suit against the company while I'm there. She cancelled my account and refunded the second $87.47. She tried to send me e-mail to get the $20 refund for the first $87.47. I said "No, you've told me that twice now and no e-mails have arrived." She processed the $20 refund for me. At least I only got taken for $69.47 instead of $177.94. Keep at them until you get your money and please report them to US Attorney's Office and econsumer.gov. Together we can stop this company from ripping off others. Thanks. Vicki
