No refund received
Returned the product within the trial period (I was unable to take, due to drug interaction). Spoke with a Service Rep, was given all the "information" I needed to send the product back and was told I would receive a credit to my card with 3 days. This was back in March and I am still waiting. When you try to speak with a representative you can wait for a VERY VERY long time. I am on hold now for 15 minutes and still waiting. Just received a "msg" while waiting that the "hold time" could be in excess of 30 minutes. I have never received such poor customer service! All I want is a credit that is due.

was cancelled within the alloted time frame, mailed back with the rma number. 4 months ago still recieving shipments / charges twice a month . 1 useing leanspa for draft the other useing quickdetox.com for drafts. both charging 79.99 per month. check your statements for other companys name they have the same routing number... scam, $632.92 for a product that gave me panic attack after 1 dose. cancelled on time . yet the orders still arriving, keep refuseing them. my bank has taken over this matter ..close down your accounts get new debit / credit card #, only way to make it stop !!!

3 times after I cancelled in writing
Lean Spa is a "get rich quick" scheme - even though I cancelled in writing, and they acknowledged my cancellation in writing, they sent me a DOUBLE order in May, and now I just received a June order. They have some kind of phony "tracking link" so you can track the progress of your cancellation - which is basically them doing nothing. I believe that charges should and will be filed against them, I have not yet heard of one consumer who was successfully able to cancel without them charging for additional orders. I followed the "fine print" perfectly, and even have a written record, but they totally ignore me.

false advertising, not reimbursing a return
They advertise that if you are unhappy with the product at any time you may return the product for a refund. I cancelled my account and obtained a return ID number for two additional shipments. Returned these with the refund ID numbers two months ago and have not been reimbursed. Worse I have sent multiple emails and received no repsone and called 7 times which I have been on hold over 30 minutes to then just be disconnected.

Be Very Careful
Leanspa has a schemme going, it was so difficult to get through 3 Days!!!, when I finally got through the Customer Service guy said "wow, for some reason they charged you early, that's odd" well it isn'r because everything I read online after said this is a common occurrence.

The most interesting part was, I could hear several Customer service people in the background argueing with people over this same issue! Iam sure Leanspa makes monery because they frustrate people and have lots of "fine Print".

Never again, I feel stupid that I did it this time but these people prey off of deperation of overweight people, what is next for Leanspa, stealing from disabled children?

ripoff - unable to get refund after cancellation
Feb 2nd ordered FREE trial online – need to cancel by Feb 15th to not be charged. Shipment sent on Feb 3rd – email confirmation

Feb 14th went online to cancel, clicked EASY CANCEL button, but got no confirmation so did it again.

Feb 18th got charged 79.99 x 2 – email confirm.

Feb 23rd I called and cancelled

Feb 24th rec’d email confirming cancellation with RMA number to send back shipment

Feb 25th sent back shipment with RMA clearly on outside of pkg 43435450

March 14th rec’d email that shipment has been sent AND I was charged 79.99

March 15th I called to cancel AGAIN and was told I had not yet cancelled, that’s why I received another shipment

March 16th rec’d email confirming cancellation including RMA 434364-948 AND 2nd email cancelling acct

March 21st support email response saying email volume too high to respond

March 22nd sent back most recent shipment AND initial shipment of both LeanSpa w/ Acai AND Spa Cleanse.

April 9th rec’d another cancellation confirmation email AND email stating I will be refunded 79.99 within 7 to 10 business days

April 25th refund of 79.99 posted to my account

April 26th called to get initial 159.98 refunded. Was told they’ve only rec’d one shipment back from me, which is the one I got refunded for and it takes up to 30 days to process a refund so to keep waiting until they receive the other shipment I sent back.

they took the full amount out of my checking account before the 14 days were up and now they refuse to put it back
i got the 14 day trial and within 4 days lean spa took out the whole amount within consent and i have called them numerous times and they have yet to put my money back.they have already recieved the pills back.so i guess the only thing left to do is get a lawyer

Con't get help or return product
I have called several times to costumers service and I never get a rep to talk to me. I have tried to cancel auto ship and I can' t access my account. Says this account does not exist. Were's BBB when you need them?

unauthorized billing
I went to the leanspa website and ordered a sample of their product for a $1.00 plus $1.99 shipping and handling. I recieved it and was not pleased with it. Next thing I know they are charging my account $79.99. I tried calling them and no one answered. I tried to cancel it on the website and they wanted $20.00 more to get out of it. I eventually had to get my bank to block the charges and got a whole new debit card number. So they got my $80.00 and i got scammed!

Will not refund you if you return it to sender
Ordered the free LeanSpa Cleanse and the LeanSpa - The Proper Weight Loss System. so this is two bottles i ordered. I found out that i couldnt take them, because i have high blood presure. So when i recived them. I returned them back to sender. Then i get charged for two more bottles and i returned them to sender. Then i call to cancel and they imformed me that i had to put a number on the return. I called to tell them what i did and all they could do was tell me...we stand by our policy. more or less its my loss. I dont have the product and they took my money. This is my opinion. they depend on most not to read the fine print, so they can get the product back and they can take your money. So what i cant understand is...if they have a no return to sender policy, then they need to send us back what we bought.
