Instead of taking the $3.67 half price postage for a free trial they deducted $101.54 AUD from my credit card on the 25.06, 10. I received the so called free sample 1 bottle a 30 day supply. They have now charged me another $100.53 AUD on the 16.07.10 and I have not received anything.

Website ordered "free Max Cleanse product" . Paid for shipping three dollars and eight-seven cents ($3.87).

Did Not Authorize lean body burn product. Did not receive this product and I don't want it.

Resolution - Want refund of eighty seven dollars and forty-seven cents ($87.47). Plus one dollar and ninety cents (#1.99) because I Did Not received colon healing product plus twenty eight dollars ($28.00) bank overdraft charge.

Total Refund Amount - One hundred seventeen dollars and forty-six cents ($117.46)

I was billed for and paid $3.87 shipping for a 30 day supply of Acai Berry pills. That is all that I requested. I have not received the free pills. Yet, today the sum of $87.47 has been charged against my bank account. When I called the company, a young lady with a sheet to read from, offered to extend my free trial. I told her "no" she kept talking. I firmly said I did not order anything for $85.47. She kept talking, as she was programmed to. I asked for a refund. She read on telling me that she would send me an e-mail as soon as we got off the phone; to follow instructions, etc. and what tipped me off was if I didn't get the email, which I NEVER RECEIVED, to call them back. I must be crazy to call again and go through the same thing over again. This is clearly a scam. This company needs to be stopped. I have called my bank and they will begin an investigation.

I ordered their product with a ten day trial. My order was placed on 6/16. They shipped the product 6/22. Then when I tried to cancel a product that I had not yet received on day 9 and 10 I got a recording to call back during regular office hours. They did not say what those hours were. Then on Sunday, day 11 my card was charged. I called them on Monday and was told that the postal delivery was not their problem. I finally received the product and am returning it hoping they will give me a refund, for which they have promised me. My bank is also working with me. I am thankful I was not charged the $87 amount but was charged $39.95 plus the international fee of $1.20. I will never order another item that offers a trial period.

On 3rd June I ordered a 'free' 10 day trial of acai pills of which I would only pay for postage and packing $3.97. On 8th June I noticed a pending payment of $87. I rang and cancelled, as I did not want to pay this. on 15th June my bank paid this amount out. I rang again on 15th June to find out that my account was not cancelled and this money was not refundable as I was out the 10 days trial. I was then told that I could not have anything back and this was NOT a free trial, that's why you pay $87 - it's for the product! Also note: I have NOT received the product. SCAM. They mislead in advertising, threaten to enforce the terms when you ring up, tell you that its not actually free.

I have raised this with my bank who will launch an investigation 28 days from 15th June to retrieve this money. DONT USE THEM, no matter what they will take your money and you get nothing for it. They have an excuse for everything you mention to them. You have no rights, how very disappointing that this company can continue to do this. There is consumer laws in England, I would have assumed they are the same in US.
