everything
I signed up for the "free" trial. Attempted to call these idiots numerous times after 10 days had gone by and I had not received anything. They give me this bogus story that is has been shipped and gave me a tracking number. 1 week later i received the package and it was the wrong product. Again, it took days to get ahold of them just to find out they had charged me yet again. The women on the phones know this is a scam, you can tell by the way the speak to you. Obviously not in America where the customer is always right. I have ordered all kinds of things with free trials and never before have i been treated so horribly. I was told "Nothing is free". The woman threatened to hang up on me because I used a curse word because she had me so furious! This is the biggest scam out there and there has to be some way to stop this kind of "Business".

SCAM
I was taken in on this offer. I ordered LeanBodyBurn product after viewing it on-line on 6/17. I was a free trial offer with 30 day supply. I was charged immediately on my card for the $3.87, if I aggreed to pay for shipping. Then 10 days go by and no product, I called to check on it, and it was finally delivered on 6/25 (via USPS mail). I did not get to start using the product until 6/28, and then I noticed another charge back on 6/26 for $87.47 (which I never authorized)! I emailed my bank and told them that this was not authorized by me and called the company this morning (7/06). I got some foreign call center (they claimed to be in Florida, but everyone sounded to be from India - with bad phone service). They told me I had a 30 day supply, but a 10 day trial period in which to call and cancel before the extra charge was levied (which they told me it was in the fine print in the terms and conditions of the offer). I told the woman on the phone and her supervisor, that I did not receive the product until 6/25, so the trial period should not start until after receipt of the product. They said they extended the trial period an additional 10 days, for me, but it is still past that time. The only thing they would offer me was a $20 refund, because I was unhappy with the product. However, if I did not take this offer right now, I would be out the entire $87.47. I told both women, that this is a blatant SCAM and that I would contacting the BBB and the FCC and she didn't even know who either entity was...???? This is truly a SCAM and I will be contacting every government agency I can to expose these criminals!!!
