Leanna's Inc charged my credit card and I did not get the product

I ordered some products on Sep 2009 from Leanna’s Inc. and today is Feb 2010; they charged my credit card for 35 dollar but I never never got the product. I called several times and sent e-mails but I did not get a answer.
Please do not buy products because you will not have it, you will lose your money

Have not received product

I have not received items that I purchased in November, it is now January and I have to contact my bank to dispute the purchase. I have also not been able to communicate with anyone with the company by email nor by phone and I have tried both 3 different times. That was 46.95$ that was debited from my checking account still no product nor contact.
