have not got a refund yet of money
I CANCEL MY LEANSPA MEMBERSHIP IN APRIL 2011 AND THEY DEBITED MY ACCOUNT IN JUNE 2011 AND I HAVE NOT RECIEVED A REFUND OF MY MONEY YET .

Cancelled Order
I have cancelled my order, when I call Leanspa on the phone it actually says that my account is not active. They continue to mail me products twice per month & charge my account.

charges/returns/service/refund
ordered; product came AFTER deadline to return; cancelled; product kept coming and account charged; returned additional product; refund notice received weeks ago-product cancelled months ago; calls to company on hold for hours; get nothing but runaround; no refund; asked for someone higher-runarund on that-"on vacation" "not available" "no way to reach"; appears to be huge scam

Leanspa diet products has charged my checking account for products that I did not authorize and not just once but three times in four days.

Free trial scam
I recently purchased the so-called free trial bottle of Leans-Spa (just pay $1.99 shipping & handling) to discover that this contained substances that I couldn't put in my system. I called as instructed to cancel and was given the alternative to either send back the bottle (at my expense according to their specifications) or keep the bottle and pay $20. I chose to pay the $20 (due to the time and cost to return was in my best interest). When told to hold for my confirmation number, the line disconnected not giving me my number. Not only once but twice. I then tried emailing and received no response from LeanSpa . I disputed the charge on my credit card but they stated there was no documentation to support my claim. Thus I was forced to pay $79.99 for a single bottle of something I never opened and was advertised for $1.99.
This is a scam... imagine 100 people paying $79.99 for this so-called free trial and this company has now made almost $8000 by scamming people.

no product sent/money out of account
Web browsing- ran across ad for LeanSpa through a testimony through Channel 7 news. Was LeanSpa a scam or does there product really work? Through the testimony site the newscaster said she tried the product and it really worked. So I went to the link through channel 7 news and ordered two sample bottles, each $1.99 on April 5, 2011.. It said I would receive the package in 4 days. I waited and no package came in the mail but noticed my bank account was charged $1.99 times two. The web page said I had 30 days to decide if I liked the product. On April 14, 2011 (approximately) I had a charge of $79.00 times two from my bank account. I called the company and spoke to Brent Christian who said that I needed to return the merchandise to get my refund. I told him it hadn't been 30 days since i ordered the product and why did LeanSpa take the money from my account. He was unable to confirm my order numbers but said when I returned the packages I would get a refund. I received two shipments and promptly sent them back. I waited another week and received a refund of $39.00 twice in my account. I called back and said you owe me $40.00 more. Brent Christian said when they received the packages he would refund my account $39.00. I told him his company is committing fraud and was going to complain to the BBB. I don't even know where they are located. What a rip-off!

I ordered d trial offer n after using it twice i gotta see a doc... m tired tryin reachin dem guess dey dont revert to customer whom dey hav already sold product, , , , such and shit product and dey dont charging me 80$ for dis.,

Beware
This is a scam! Beware! I ordered my free trial and immediately cancelled my account. They still billed me $79.99 and have been giving me a run around to receive my refund. It has been 2 weeks and I still can't get my money back. DON'T ORDER A FREE TRIAL FROM THIS COMPANY!!! They are a rip-off!

Rip off
I sent off for the free trial of pills and they ended up sending me 2 bottles and charging my credit card $79.99 for them. I have since returned both bottles like they requested and they even confirmed to me via email they received them. I was told on 4/7 my card would be refunded within 7 days and as of today 4/25 that still hasn't happened. I have called customer service on multiple occassions and can't get any answers. This is the worst company I have ever dealt with and is very clearly a scam.

Poor Product, Poor Service
1) The product is not effective. I went through the trial bottle and saw zero change in body weight.
2) Company has terrible support. My first call to them had me on hold 45 minutes. Second call, I was on hold 30 minutes. I cancelled my order within my trial window (watch out for this as you only get 14 days FROM THE TIME IT WAS ORDERED!) and they assured me I would bet a refund (although they claim it is up to 14 business days). They also 'mistakenly' sent me another order which I've had to return and will now have to pilice my credit card to make sure they are not still charging me.
I SUGGEST NOT DOING BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!
