never recieved refund
I ordered this on a free trial basis, used it for a couple weeks and got no results except stomach pain and vomiting...I called in to stop furture shipments and get a refund for the 79.99$ fee I had been charged ( for a FREE trial item???)...I was told how to return the empty bottle, and was told I would get a full refund for the 79.99 with in 30 days of return delivery ( item was confirmed by U.S. postal servive for delivery on april 24, 2011. I have not recieved a refund and everytime I call I get the phone line shuffle and/or disconected. These are really bad business practice and DO NOT recomend anyone to do business with this company.

company is scam artist. i spoke to a rep and told the rep i was not happy with the product, it did not work for me. also was told you could use product for 30 days before getting charged, and that basically was a lie. i ordered product on 3/23, and was charged on 4/5 $79.99 she told me i would get full refund if i return the bottle with RMA # 685525-723, ID#c685525, cancelation #334709655 for which i did everything she told me and also sent delivery conformation, and see that they did infact recieve package on 4/15, and still to this day have not gotten reimbursed the $ 79.99. i also saw on my local news staion that there was a scam going on with this company so i have full rights to fight this with an attorney if need be. so i would like my $ 79.99 returned asap or will take legal action. it will not cost me a thing as i have a lawyer pro bono so it will end up costing your company in the long run...thanks CARL ANDERSON

Took money before trial was done
I order this LeanSpa trial product on 3/22/2011. I received it on 3/30/2011. On 4/1/2011 they took $79.99 out of my bank account. I hadn't even tried the trial offer and they were billing me for another month after having the product for only two days. Two days is not long enough to be a trial. I contacted them on 4/4/2011 and told them I wanted to close my account and they said they had closed it. I asked for a RMA number to send back the product and receive a refund of the $79.99 and was told that my trial period was over and I couldn't send it back, although, it says I have 30 days to return the product. After a long, high pressured conversation with one of their sales people I agreed to pay $19.99 and keep the product. He told me that I would be receiving a refund of $60.58 in 7-10 working days. On Friday, 4/15/2011, I contacted them by e-mail wondering why I haven't received my refund? I got a generic e-mail stating they would check into it. On 4/20/2011 I called their office once again, I was put on hold for 25 minutes and finally someone answered. The women asked what my problem was and I explained my problem. She pulled up my records and said that they had refunded my money on 4/4/2011 and asked if I had talked to my bank, asking them where my refund was. I keep a very close eye on my account at no time was this $60.58 put back in my account. Then I was told to call back on 4/22/2011 and ask what they had found out. So I will get to spend at least an hour of my of my day on the phone trying to find out where my refund is. My time is valuable too. I have a friend that just got charged for two months and had just received her trial offer. I also went to a LeanSpa.com/ complaints and found this is a common practice for this company. It's know been 14 days since this started and I have contacted these people five times and still no refund. All I want is my $60.58 back. I have all of the e-mails saved saying they agreed to give me my refund. If you would please let me know what is happening with this after you contact them, I would greatly appreciate it. If you call and I'm unable to answer, please leave a message.

LeanSpa charged our credit card for $79.99 without our permission!!
I was on hold for approx 20 minutes bf anyone would take my call.
My HUSBAND was the one that fell for this stupid company, not me!! I just called & chewed them out & advised to refund our money & NOT charge our card ever again!

Took money before trial was done
I order the LeanSpa Trial and received it on the 30th of March. On April 1st they took another $79.99 out of my account. I hadn't even opened the package. I contacted them on April 4th and canceled my account, asked for a RMA number and was told my trial time was up. I stood up for myself stating I had only had it for 2 days and that was not a proper amount of time to even try this product. I then told them that I just wanted to have my refund and not deal with them anymore. I was told I would be receiving my refund of $60.58 back in 7-10 working days. It's now been 12 working days and NO refund. I called customer service and was on hold for 25 minutes. I once again was told that my refund was processed on April 4th. They wanted to know if I had asked my bank about the money, I told them of course I'd checked my account and I still didn't have my refund. She told me to call back on Friday, and find out what became of my refund. I've sent 4 e-mails in regards to this matter and I have spent at least an hour and a half on the phone with them. My time is important too. I have kept all of the emails and their responses to me. I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau and the Attorney Generals office in regards to this problem. They just took 2 months worth the payments out of my friends account, both on the same day. She just got her trial 3 days ago. Has anyone thought about forming a group and hiring a lawyer to put a stop to this scam? If so please contact me at [email protected].

there add states they will send you two products for 1.99 they charge me 4.99 and sent 1 and when you sign up they say they will auto bill 79.00 dollars in 15 days for next shipment they bill me 1 day after first order before i even tried their product before i even tried it. then calling them spent 3 hours on hold avoid this company

Customer service terrible
As others I too have not been able to contact company to cancel order. The 800 number keps you on hold for long periods of time, website does not allow you to submit RMA for return of product and e-mails to technical support go to a black hole with no response. Buyer be aware this on line company is very questionable.

unauthorized debit card charges
I was told on the LeanSpa website that I had 14 days from the day I ordered LeanSpa Cleanse and LeanSpa Dietary Suppliment to cancel and not be charged anything more than the shipping fees. They called it a free trial. I ordered on March 13, 2011 and my debit card was charged on March 21, 2011. In 9 days my debit card was charged two amounts of 79.99 (159.98). It caused me to be overdrawn and embarassed because my debit card was declined when I tried to pay for my dinner. Now I have NO money till payday, can't buy gas to get to work or food or anything! This is just wrong.
