Scam
LeanSpa has ripped me off as well. I received confirmation that my account was successfully canceled. Then 2 days later they took $79.99 out of my account. I returned the package and confirmation they received it and they just charged my account again for the 2nd month. I can't get anyone to answer the phone or e-mail inquiry's. If anyone knows a lawyer that would like to take on this class action case let's get it started. Obviously they are doing this to everyone. I very carefully read the fine print and did everything they told me and still got charged and am continuing to get charged.

rip off
Same as stated above happened to me. I tried calling the 800 number given to me on cancellation confirmation, but it's disconnected. Found a similar, but different (888 instead of 800 but same digits after) and was also told that THAT number was no longer in service!

Overcharges
I had canceled my LeanSpa order within the trial period as per the original details on their website. Everything seemed fine until two months later, two charges appeared on my bank statement. Although the charges were just $1.95 each, it was still fraudulent. Buyer beware!

they wont answer the phone took money out of my account when i did speak to somone their didnt hardly understand english this is a scam they will bill your credit card mo after month for their product

fraud charges
Cancelled any and all orders dec 9, 2010. Have copy of email cancellation that they sent of acknowledgement.
Today a charge of $1.95 shows up on my bank account.
Spoke with Paul at Leanspa and he said a glitch charged MANY with this charge and they are working on it.
Told him I will report FRAUD to bank.
Everyone needs to check their account

There product does not work. There is no way to cancel your autoship. The website doesn't submit the cancel order. NO one answers the phone, eventually after playing with there automated anwering machine cuts you off and you get a disconnected. You cannot email via the website it won't respond to open the window. The only way to get rid of this scam is to disput with the credit card company! They also don't ship on time.
The product doesn't work at all. In fact it made me sick!!!

Rip off
I ordered a 14-day "free" trial of LeanSpa-The PROPER Weight Loss System. I read and re-read the fine print in their 'terms and conditions' so I could cancel before my credit card was charged for any additional shipments. I called after using the product for only 8 days to cancel. Even though I followed THEIR instructions to the letter, my credit card was STILL charged for a month's worth of their crappy product. When I called to complain, they said "their system must have had a glitch" and therefore my order was never "officially" cancelled. Even though they had a record of my call, they said it my order was still active. They finally agreed to refund me $45.00, but STILL weaseled $35.00 out of me and informed me I was only allowed this "exception to their no-refund" rule because the fault was THEIRS! NEVER make the mistake of dealing with these blood-sucking parasites! They will FIND a way to swindle you out of your money even if you follow THEIR rules! Besides that, their product is crap and DOES NOT WORK!
