I heard about this product on facebook that it would help you lose weight and I ordered it as a free trial. I never saw any disclaimer of them charging me a monthly fee after my free trial was up. I ordered it on 10/27/10 to only pay the 2.95 in shipping. They charged my account on 10/28/10 for 1.95 for using their website and then on 11/3/10 I noticed I had a fee of 87.13 pending. I called the company and someone foreign answered and I told her I did not authorize that charge and she kept asking me to just try the product and how much weight did I want to lose. She told me the charge of 87.13 was just to see how much money I had on my card!!! DO WHAT?????? I am not stupid I told her and demanded she return the money to my account and that I did not even want the product. She continued in asking me how much weight did I want to use and kept trying to get me to keep the product and get more. Mind you I never even received it. She stated it had been mailed on the 1st of November. I asked to speak to her supervisor. She put me on hold and then after several minutes she gave me my order number as my reference number and said she was connecting me to her super. I waited for 20 minutes and never spoke to anyone else. I read other complaints and decided to cancel my card and dispute the amount. I spoke with my bank and they took care of everything. So I am getting my money back on my account, since it was just holding and I caught it in time. I will have to wait for 7 days before I get my new card but I have learned a valuable lesson and would like to share with whomever reads this. #1 Check your account often... every few days, #2 Before buying something online check out if there are any complaints and #3 Diet and exercise are the only, and cheapest ways to lose weight!!!
