Gold was sitting at $625.00 per oz at the time of purchase, and it is now well over $1300.00, they sold me ms63 5$ liberty's for $1470.00 per coin; it was the first gold purchase I had ever made and I thought that this was a reputable company because they were featured on Am640 so I bought the coins sight unseen.. After paying exorbitant amounts to store these coins for a year I had them mailed to me and I am not satisfied with the coins at all. They encouraged me to have them stored in a vault so I never had the opportunity to see the coins, they only offer a 30 day satisfaction guarantee so now I am stuck with them. I had appraisers look at them and they said that they would not buy the coins because of blemishes and dirt. I called them today to sell my coins back and they said that the value had gone down to $850.00. I am so angry at the deceptive sales and don't know if there is any recourse, all I want is my money back. I am exploring small claims court action but am unsure if it is possible as it was 3 years ago that I made the purchase, if any one knows anything about small claims I would love to hear your advise.
