Dont Join..STAY AWAY
Run as fast as you can from these guys. Joe Angelo and Rick Lopez are liars and scammers. After reading all of the other post on here and other sites I felt compelled to share my experience with these guys. When going thru the process of becoming a broker I asked for references and they referred me to people who I found out later were friends and people who never completed a deal and were just trying to help them close another sucker. They talk a big game about backroom support as soon as you’re really need help with something they are nowhere to be found. Joe and Rick have directly lied to me and my customers and ripped off a large sum deposit from a customer. I found out later that the deals they were “trying” to do I got done other places and they don’t even know how to put a deal together and will steal your customer and not pay you. Don’t do it whatever you do read on-line the other numerous post about them. When there is smoke there is fire. Do your due diligence these guys are the worst type of people to get in business with.

Bogus Mis-Representation
To anyone and everyone who has been ripped by Lease One or Lease One Corp. out of Lynnfield, MA you need to get your facts together and call the Boston Office of the F.B.I. at . Tell them that you what to report a possible "White Collar Crime" and you want to discuss this with an Agent for that Unit. When you get to one of the Agents tell them you know there have been complaints and prior reports submitted and that you are also wanting to file a report. Have your facts together. These facts should be from anything you were promised or told which you have now found out not to be true. I will not get into specifics here, but you have your emails, letters, notes, etc together and be specific with them. Anything that enticed you to turn over whatever the amount was in order to get service from the so called largest "equipment broker". It does NOT matter when you signed up as there are people from 2004 until a couple of weeks ago who have become victims.
Do not tell them Lease One Corp. will not fund deals. They are not a credit agency and could care less. They will only look at what may be fraud, etc. Legal issues of a possible criminal nature. Also if you are one of the lucky brokers over the years who funded any deals, look back at them and see if "Amendments" or requests were made for additional funds or security deposits which may not show up on the Lease paperwork. Also there have been complaints that deals showed up which were submitted to Lease One Corp. and arrived at a lender under a different name rather than Lease One. There is an idea that some business was placed through another "Broker" because Lenders were wary.
Also if you know how to contact Kortney Farhat, the training person, post her number and address, email, etc here. There may be some people interested in talking to her since she was inside and now is supposedly on the outside of Lease One. Also, if you know of any other "brokers" let them know of this and tell them to get involved and relate their story and facts.
There is a consideration for a lawsuit but that will be in the future. Now, what is important is establishing this long record of what many consider mis-representation and possible fraud. You can file with the MA AG and their Consumer Afffairs Office and the FTC, all are a waste of time. They are broke and do not want to get involved. File with the local Boston BBB, and keep notes of them also as what you tell them and what they put down. Be specific. Lease One shows the BBB on their paperwork, but as far as anyone knows they have not been a Member of any BBB. Surprised?????????????

Steals $20,000 from many people
Lease One is not a franchise that you want to spend $19, 900 on as they are not only a scam, but operate a franchise that is not at all what they claim to be. Their claim of being super brokers is a bold face lie. They are not. The only hope is that those who have reported them may slow down the constant flow of $20, 000 checks from unsuspecting people who only find out the truth after Lease One has ruined them. Hopefully Gordon is right about the law suit against them. They need to be put out of business.
