	not happy guy August 28, 2009 loan scam this company is the biggest scam i was approved sent 1100 for the loan and was told funds would be to me on thrusday but nothing then got a call that the lender backed out with my 1100 and now have to wait for a refund this comaony and its agents just tell you what you want to hear
	pistoff diva August 27, 2009 scammers This company is a scam I were heart broken when I find out that I were not getting the money. He called me and said that I needed to send and additional $1050.00 after I had sent the first $1050.00, then I knew right then it was a scam. I needed the money for my son surgery for next month. Now I don't even have the 1050.00 nor the 5000.00. I were a fool. This has taught me a lesson and now I had to tell my son I can not afford the surgery.
	melmissy August 22, 2009 fraud I was looking to get a home loan and was present with an agreement from Calvin Warner, an agent with Leaside Lending. He was a very nice spoke man and very cooperative with me when I asked for a lower interest rate on the loan. I was lucky since a friends sister has dealt with ins. fraud for a living, she called him and he could not answer any of her questions. I am very grateful to her for stopping me making a big mistake that would have cost me and my cousin alot of money.
