I am home owner and board of Director For my Association 3 nights ago my sealing started to leek and I called the association help line they send lecourt to come and fix it I had problem with them a year ago they came to my house made two huge unneccessary hole in my kitchen without covering anything do to the cutting drywall dust were all over my newly renevated kitchen then when the guy finished at first I thought his going to his car to get his clesning tools as I find out that he was leaving when I asked him that he didnt clean his mess he said cleaning not his job. When I told him that he made a mess and he should have covered everything he took his felty broom and started to brush or the drywall dust without realizing that that way his damaging my newly stained kitchen cabinet. so for a long time I was in a conflict with my association to make them atleast pay for the cleaning because it costs me $100 to clead the mess also asked them to change our plumming company because they also made the same disaster in other homes. now they came and turnes out that the leek was my responsibilty lecourt charge me $412 problem is right now I am ouy of work and I allready pay $320 a month to association How Am I suppose to know when leeks comming throught the wall its my responcibility or the association any way I decided to call lecourt to see if they could lower the price the guy started to give me a pregides comment and because of last time his charging me this amount because he has bad blood from last time. At this point I will not pay him I allready told that to the association I willl take lecourt to court.
