We purchased a Liberty 43 days ago. We were forced to bring it to a local service center as we were driving and there was a bad electical smell coming from the truck and a bad clunking coming from the back of the car. We felt very unsafe!!! It took them an hour to get the back right tire off as it and to do so they had to torch it, destoying the rim! This clearly indicates that the car was never looked at as the tire would have been removed. What was found? The emergancy break bads were disinigrated ( I have them in a bag to show all thier customers as they drive in which I fully intend to do!) This led to full destruction of the shoes rotors and calipers.. not to mention the beak pads were illegal!!! Total bill $1000!!! 43 days after buying the car! We called Ron out sales person and he was rude and not willing to help in anyway.. in short oh well... call my son the owner. I have done so and have yet to get a call back.. We will not stop till everyone knows about this shady no caring of thier brand dealership!! Believe that.. this is just the beginning of my complaint fillings!
