I was billed for collect call i nver authroized. This wan't the first time Last year they did this to me 3 times. I had to pay the bill last year but today they gave me the credit... something needs to be done here. this company is a total fraud. I don't know why At&T is using them. They need to be shut down.. I have been ripped off at least $500 dollars by them last year. Please lets do something about this company. there are way too many angry people due to this fraudlant company. Is there anything we can do?
