Fraud and cheating!
LIARS AND THIEVES EXPOSED! Hey y'all! Legacy Trading Company's store in the West Village was forced to close! Enough people seem to have become aware of how these lying thieves (owners Kelly O'Neal and Renay Gutierrez) operate and sales were so slack that they've been forced to shut their store front! LOL! LOL! LOL! It can't be long before their wholesale (theft) company, Design-Legacy, closes too (we hope)! You can only steal from artists and craftsmen so long before the word spreads about how criminals operate. Let's hope their showroom at the Dallas World Trade Center (Daryl Jenkins) goes soon too!

Fraud & cheating store!
THESE GUYS ARE RIP-OFF ARTISTS! We ordered some custom merchandise from this store in the West Village a few months ago. It took FOREVER to get here (we were promised delivery within two weeks and then got nothing but excuses from rude sales associates), and then we discovered that the product delivered was inferior to what we were shown in the store, with shoddy construction and sloppy decoration. We demanded to speak to the owner (Kelly O'neal, a creepy liar if ever there was one), who insisted that they "had the right to make what (he) considered small changes in the design if necessary". THIS WASN'T EVEN THE SAME COLOR AS WHAT WE ORDERED! Then he hung up on us! We've already contacted our credit card company about charging this store back for the purchase, and fully expect that's exactly what will happen. I can see from other posts that these people are con men... we wish we had checked with the Complaints Board before we handed over any money to these thieves! We'll never shop there again. There are too many honest stores in our area to deal with this kind of scam!
