I found legal help experts online and they contacted me about helping me in my custody case. I was told for a 150 dollars down 38 dollars a month I would recieve two attornys one in michigan where I live and one in alabama where my kids mother filed for custody after she lost in michigan. The case legaly should be thrown out becuse there cant be two custody cases for the same kids in two different states. especually when the mother filled after she was served my custody papers. I was served on tuesday for a court date the very next monday 4 states away. I wasnt aware that the money wouldnt cover the attornys hourly fee's or there retainer fees. So when the attorny in alabama called me and told me he needed a 2500 dollar retainer fee and that his hourly rate was normaly 200 but the "club" gets me 125 and hour instead. So 150.00 down and 38.00 a month only gets 75 dollars nocked off didnt add up especually since legal help experts made it out that the 38 a month was a payment plan and I would have an attorny by today. I tried to get my money refunded and the so called supervisor was so rude to me. They took advantage of me. They are a disshonest horrible company with scam artists working there. They do not care about there so called club members once they get your money your not there problem anymore. I have filled complaints with the company that legal help experts say they represent and with my bank as well. I am also in the proccess of fileing a complaint with ohio bar. This company should be ashamed of themselves for hiring dishonest black hearted theives to work there company. STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE THEY JUST WANT YOUR MONEY THEY WILL NOT HELP YOU I DONT EVEN THINK THEY ARE REAL LAWYERS.

I recieved a call from Legal Help Experts while looking for an attorney online. One who would represent me on a contingency basis for wrongful termination. The gentleman told me he would get me an attorney for $138 which would go toward the attorney's fees. He also said that their attornies only charge $125 an hour which was cheap for legal represention and the case would only take a few hours to handle in court and would not be very expensive. After sending the money I recieved a phone call from LHE (Legal Help Experts). they gave me a number to call for a referral.. I called the number which was for Legal Club of America. I let them know what I was looking for and they referred me to two different Attorney's. I left a message with the first one and the other said he did not take wrongful termination cases. I called the first number several times afterward every day for about a week and left messages but to no avail. I contacted LHE and let them know that I was unable to get anyone to take my case. I requested a refund at the time but Mr Hutchison from LHE asked if I would give him another chance which I did. A couple weeks later I recieved a phone call from him and he told me he got me an attorney. I got the number and called. The gentleman was very nice but said he would be very expensive even at the discounted rate and it could be drawn out and take quite a while to complete the case. He told me he wasn't turning me down but thought I could do just as good on my own and gave me some advice on how to procede. Afterward I contacted LHE and once again requested a refund. I have made SEVERAL similar requests since and have not gotten one return email or phone call. I would suggest that if you are considering seeking help from this outfit(not a firm like I was originally lead to believe) that you think twice(even THREE times) . These people are not legitamate. They will take your money and not provide any services. A TOTAL RIP OFF! My request went as follows;

When we first spoke you told me that the attorney generally did not spend much more than a few hours on these cases so I went ahead and decided to take a gamble. The gentleman you referred me to said he usually spends many hours on these cases and questioned if I could afford his fees. I went ahead and represented myself during the hearing and was found at Substantial Fault. I am now in the process of seeking an attorney on a contingency basis for my appeal as I can not afford an attorney at this time. Please send me a refund fore $138 I sent you as Legal Help Experts were not able to provide me the service I requested. I understand you did provide me with a referral but the gentleman would have been very expensive and being that I am not employed it would have been very unpractical (if not disastrous) for me.
