Horrible service...This firm lost our paperwork repeatedly. They never contacted us to ask for additonal information. Only after I called them, did they request more information from us. The petition was not filed in a timely manner. Each time I called, I was told my petition was in "typing", and would take "3 more weeks". After that time frame came and went several times, I called again. One person told me they needed more paperwork from us, one told us they had everything. At this point, I threatened to call the BBB, and the Bar Association. Within 30 minutes, the local representative called me, and assured me, my petition would be in the mail by the end of the week. When I received the petition, only a fraction of my creditors were listed, despite me sending all the correct information. When we finally went to sign the petition, it took 2 visits. On the 2nd vistit, they told another gentleman there, that he was missing paperwork too. All of our creditors were supposed to have been added, but we had no proof, because their computers were down. The night before our 341 meeting, we received an reminder call, and were instructed to arrive 15 minutes prior to the 230 meeting. At 215, our attorney wasn't there. Several other of their clients were waiting as well. One woman called the office, and was told our attorney was running late. They gave out his cell phone number, and instructed her to call. She did, and left a message. 20 minutes later, still no attorney, and no call. She called again, it went straight to voicemail. The main office instructed all of us to ask to be moved to the bottom of the docket. Finally, we all asked another attorney what we should do, since our representation wasn't there. He called our attorney, and his call was answered immediately. Our attorney informed the man, that he was not coming. He asked the 3rd party attorney to stand in for him. This man knew nothing about any of our cases, and had no paperwork for us to look at. After multiple calls to the main office later that day, we were finally told, that there was a scheduling mix up. It sure doesn't sound like that to us, since we had a reminder call the night before, and the call the day of, to inform us our attorney was running late. The entire process for our bankruptcy took 7 months. DO NOT use this firm. Research all the complaints on the internet, this was not an isolated incident.
