When I spoke to the person on the phone at first, he assured me that if I was not pleased with my order I could send the watches back and receive a refund. When I tried to call them to inform them that I will be returning the watches, the representatives just hang up on me before I can ask how to return the watches. I was wrong to trust the vendor since the business and inventory is located in the US.
