LG Ambassador Hot Tub. $3900 This tub arrived damaged. One by one every part deteriorated and stopped working. The cover for the lights all came off and the led bulbs all fell out. The jet covers have fallen off and have no paint remaining on them. The pumps have all quit working. There is a short somewhere and the unit will not shut off. The cover's stitching came off within 2 weeks. This tub is less than 8 months old!!! The seller and distributor will not take any responsibility. They tell me o2 Divine Spas manages the warranty, and this company no longer exists.

I purchased a "Dirt Hugger 150cc" from Legion Global Motor sports in June 2008. I am still having problems. After nine (9) phone calls and treated rude by the employees I finally had received a return call. The Go-Kart I purchased is horrible. Many problems with the battery, roll bars, missing parts, leaky gas tank, headlights, very poor instructions. The battery when installed was touching the muffler due to poor design by the company. I had the battery melt and had to purchase a new one at $64.00. I notified the company many times and nothing happened. I finally received a phone call and they did replace the battery and I told them about the leaky gas tank and they sent me another tank which happened to be the wrong size. I called and told them about their mistake and they said they would send one out. I never received the other tank. I then had to purchase another tank at my cost. This company needs to be investigated for illegal practices.

Legion Global has ripped off hundreds of documented consumers and the story is all the same. They offer a great deal online, free shipping until 8, be sure to pay by cash in full. The next thing you know you've got the wrong item, busted up and eventually defective and doesn't run. Legion Global has the standard, we'll ship you replacement parts... well they don't. They never will. You will be stuck with your $1, 000 purchase that doesn't work and they will do nothing but move on to the next group of suckers. My only advice to consumers is DO NOT BUY from Legion Global. My guess is they won’t be around much longer-- now that the word is out. Very unhappy people who know how to handle these types of situations. Read the papers and laugh!! Because what goes around comes around. And they messed with the wrong 'family.' No more secrets here.

If you elect to ignore all the Ripoff Reports and do business with this company anyway, DO NOT USE THE ELECTRONIC CHECKS OPTION. The company promised a $50 rebate if we did; not only did they renege on the offer (they claimed my order didn't meet the minimum amount to get the rebate, even though there's no mention of any minimum on the web site) but they RETAINED MY CHECKING ACCOUNT INFORMATION to make an unauthorized withdrawal 2 months later! No notification, no bill, no reason given... they simply helped themselves to another $85.00. Needless to say, I filing a fraud claim against them with my bank and will eventually recover the money, but what a hassle.

As far as their product went, we bought a kid ATV and it's fair to say that the quality is commensurate with the cheap price. However, the second time my daughter rode it, the plug in the side of the starter housing fell out and most of the oil drained out without our realizing it. I caught it before the engine seized, so I'm hoping not too much damage was done, but once again, BE VERY CAREFUL dealing with these people and their merchandise.

I also am very embarrassed to say that I was taken by Legion Global. I purchased 2 atvs from the location in New Lenox in person and have found that by time I make all of the repairs I could have bought 2 Polaris atvs. The 125cc isn't a 125 its a 110cc and is shaking itself apart, I have to tighten bolts all of time. I took it back to the store to have it repaired under warranty and got it back in worst shape. The chain was adjusted and all of the bolts for the rear axle were left loose. I left a list of 5 things to repair and only one was repaired even though they called me and told me it was ready to be picked up. I definitely advise not to purchase anything from Legion Global!!! It is impossible to get a straight answer from anybody at this company. THESE ATVS AER VERY DANGEROUS THEY FALL APART WHILE YOU ARE RIDING THEM.
