On January 5th, 2009, i was coming back from Toronto, Canada. i got out in las vegas to get a connecting flight to Phoenix, Az. and then bakersfield.
I went to the departure booth in Vegas Gate: i think AB and i asked the lady named:LEILANI V. "if i could get to the next flight", and inorder to give me a descent answer, she told me:"SIT!!! Just like a DOG. She did not say please, no sir, no nothing. She was VERY RUDE, UNKIND, AND COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL.However, in a few moments, a flight attendant came-out and she said that there was an empty seat for one person and i asked her(LEILANI V.)again "if i could go in" and she said:" AS LONG AS I AM HERE, YOU ARE NOT GOING ANYWHERE!", so i was waiting for the next flight, and the same thing, she would not let me get in.So i went to Customer Service, they gave me a pass so i could take the next flight. i missed a VERY IMPORTANT MEETING in Bakersfield which it cost me a lot. It was the WORST EXPERIENCE with USAIRWAYS I ever had; therefore, i want a FULL REFUND of my money and a COMPENSATION FOR ALL THE HASSLES I WENT THROUGH. FAILING to do that in your part, i will take LEGAL ACTION and i'll make sure that your company will go through a very bad publicity.
