RE- LETTER OF COMPLAINT

I herby complain about Lenmed Clinic- Lenasia due to the following reason.

On the 25th of July 2009 at around 12:30 pm my mother was taken to the above clinic because of her medical condition (Bipolar). At the time I brought my mother her condition was very serious as she was fighting us at home and was very suicidal. The clinic refused to admit her on the basis of us having the lowest medical aid option.

I am surprised, because the medical option that my mother is on is the highest option and that has been confirmed with Bonitas medical aid fund. I had to come and collect my mother, because she received no attention from the clinic.

My main concern is “What if my mother could have killed us or taken her own life?”
