JD Vigil employess installed a Lennox Furnance on October 29, 2008. An inspection was due on November 3 in which I cancelled out at 2:50 p.m because the inspector called just as I was headed out the door to pick up my daughter from school. Inspector named Mick according to inspection report. Inspection was rescheduled for November 7, 2008. Mick told me that the employees whom installed the furnace would need to come back out and do some adjustments. Mick stated that it was up to me. I told Mick that if the installation was not within standars, then the employees should come out and make it right because if we move, the next inspector will probably catch the default. If we paid for the job, it should be done right. Mick told me that he would call me or J.D. Vigil office would call me. I ended up calling Vigil office twiceand the only answer that I got is "we will check it out. Mr Vigil stated that he was leaving the office on November 10, 2008 and wouldn't be back until the following week. Even if Mr. Vigil had to leave the office, there is no reason that he shouldn't be interested in getting someone out for the inspection. Mick told Mr. Vigil office that the inspection was completed but he told me that the plumbing needed to be re-done. I want to know if the inspection is good or not. Why would there be two different stories. I paid $2808.41 for the installation and can't get a confirmed decision on the inspection if it is good or not. I requested a receipt for payment and I have not received the receipt as of this complaint. Not good business at all.
