My Lenovo with Vista installed has had problems from day one. Rather then help me resolve them, I am told that "Lenovo is not responsible for Microsoft software" and that I must pay $125.00 to call and get help for each fix.
Since Lenovo has a contract to install Microsoft software in their machines and Lenovo chooses HOW to install and what MIX to install, it seems to me that, as in prior years, they have SOME obligation to the customer to see that the software is reasonable. Saying "we are not responsible for ANYTHING except hardware is slimy.
No wonder the consumer is distrustful of American business. I purchased the Lenovo when the HP I bought with Vista loaded would NOT let me update the bad BIOS and HP could not fix it for 3 months.
Beware!
