I order a Lenovo T400 laptop and accessories on Jan 4 2010 from Lenovo direct. I was told the shipdate would be 4-10 days. I finally received the laptop in late February. It is now early March and I still do not have the accesssories (mouse and carrying case). As a practice Lenovo extends the estimated ship date without bothering to inform their customers. My company will go back to purchasing computers from Dell.
