On Friday October 9, 2008 I had arrived from out of town back to Atlanta for a business meeting-the airline lost my luggage and couldn't get home in time to change and make my meeting-I shop at Ann Taylor on a consistent basis and have never had any issues-Until then-I was limited on time-I picked several items and went to a fitting area-Minutes later a woman-very rudely told me I needed to move to the other fitting area-the one I was in was not open apparently-I politely explained I would be out shortly-She on the other hand stood directly in front of the door where I had been changing and when I stepped out began SNATCHING the clothing in an extremely abrasive manner-At this point I was livid but remained calm although prior circumstances had elevated me to a boiling point-I proceeded to the front made my purchases-asked for her business card as she had stated SHE was the Mgr-Received the card with NO NAME-had to ask for a name-Never have I been treated with such disregard-I obviously looked a little disheveled but this imbecile assumed I had no money due to my appearance-Rebecca, you have left a lasting impression and I've made certain to inform my friends and colleagues of your behavior.
