On 3/24/11 I spoke with your agent Beth who rude to me and refused to give me her last name. The situation is - I ordered a pair of glasses but for a long time now the glasses are just to strong for me. I was participating in the [gift to sight program]. I am a permanently disabled veteran. The manager matt set me up a appointment on 3/23/11at 12:00am. So, beth called me the following day and said that the doctor will not see me and that the manager does not know the policy, well if that is the case. It really seems strange to me that the cooperate office would hire someone who does not know policy-n-procedure. My glasses are defective and hurting my eyes and I don't see why lens craft can not fix the problem no matter what circumstances arise. Customer service is very import for business.
