I will never rent with Thelensdepot.com again. Even though I would save money to rent with them, I would rather pay more money to a company full of nice representatives than to pay less to a company who will neither cater to anyone else's needs or obligations nor offer reasonable hours of operation. I've never been laughed at, scoffed at, made to feel unimportant with any business in my life. This was the worst customer service experience of my life which ended when I asked the representative if losing my business and my colleagues business was worth it to them and she shortly replied "We have enough business".
