I sent this one at first - I didn't type confirmation - #'s & letters so I guess it didn't go through...
When I originally got the modem (for broadband) I wasn't told what level my computer had to be. I installed it then scrolled down to specifications and it said it must be Macintosh 10.3 or higher, I have a Macintosh OS 10.2 . So I've tried to eject the installation but after I click the disk- icon it merely disappears for three seconds then reappears or I tried clicking on the cricket broadband-icon and it flows down to the dock then after a second sqeezes itself back up. So what do I do? Just undo the cable to the USB connection and the plug to the modem and put the cables in the plastic bag along with the modem in the box and return it to the Cricket Station on Broadway in downtown Portland (I originally told them it didn't work, so I asked it should unconnect it and bring it back and they said yes.) So how do I do it? I'm no computer-ologist (ogist means study of...).
