On the 10th of October I placed an order with Leons for a new mattress set and bedroom set. I was told to expect delivery in 4 to 6 weeks PROBABLY BEFORE THAT. In that 6 weeks I have not heard a peep from Leons. At the end of that time period I called Leons and asked for an explanation. They took my information promising a call back ... I did not get one. I called again within the next few days and received the same treatment. I phoned again this morning and was promised a call back within 2 hours. I still haven't heard anything from Leons ... they seem to think that calling customers back is a waste of time. I am sure my order isn't the biggest they have ever received, but after spending $4000 I expected better treatment than I am receiving.
I sent an email to their customer service people, expecting it to go to their head office, instead it seems to have been forwarded to the store I was dealing with who are giving me problems. What is the point of complaining to the same people who aren't doing anything to deal with my complaints in the first place?
I will never shop with Leons again and I will be telling everyone (family, friends and coworkers) of the abominable treatment.
