warranty
I bought furniture from Leons in Hamilton. I still had about 2 weeks left on my warranty and three springs broke on the couch and I noticed that the stuffing from the love seat arm and fallen away when my 4 yr old laid back and hit his head on the arm leaving him with a bump from the wood. I called the store and it took 2 months to have someone come out and look at it and when they finally did they said that there was nothing they can do. Sp please do not shop at leons furniture go anywhere else but there. When you spend almost 4000. on furniture one would expect to get more than 1 year for it

Buyer beware (poor policy)
I purchased a 61" DLP from leons.ca and when the set arrived it had bad prism issues (purple blob) on the bottom of the screen. I contacted Leons right away and was told they have a no refund, no exchange policy. They offered to send out a repair person but who the heck should spend $3400 on a TV and have it repaired once you open the box?
I will never shop there again and strongly advice you to pay more attention to their policies before you do.

Poor service!
We have spent over $4300.00 at Leons. Expecting the best. They were more than happy to take our money. Once the money was received they than informed us that the total delivery time would be about 3 weeks. Some items arrived in the first week 2nd and so on.
The last item to arrive was our fridge. It arrived damaged. They then sent us a new one... This one was damaged as well. We have yet to receive our new fridge. It has been a total of 6 weeks now.
What has leons done for us... Nothing!!!
For those of you that would like to use this company.

Delivery problems
I would never go back again at leons this company was full of bull... I purchased an accent table and i was being told by the idiot sales rep that i was supposed to get the furniture between 4-6 weeks and its been six weeks i called the customer service and i was told that my item was delayed for another 2-3 weeks. This company never care at all. If i known it would take this long i could have purchase something else. I have spent almost 4 thousand from this store and they don't even care at all... Never again coming back and i will tell my family and friends about this issue.

Fake prices!
Leons advertised a Panasonic 32 inch TV on it's web-site for $479. I thought this was a fantastic deal so I went to the nearest Leons store to pick one up. I saw the TV with the $479 price tag on it and another customer speaking to a salesperson about it. The salesperson called the manager who claimed it was a mistake and would not honor the price even though it was on the national web site and clearly marked on the TV. The manager's excuse was that they have a disclaimer on everything so the price you see isn't necessarily the price you will pay. There was no attempt whatsoever to give us the TV at that price or even offer some kind of compensation for the "error".
LEONS SUCKS!!! Do not trust them for anything. Our complaints to head office about the issue also fell on deaf ears.

Buyer beware with Leons!
I will never again purchase from the Darmtouth store of Leons. I bought a washer/dryer and pedstals. The washer wasn't working properly from day one. I called the idiot sales rep who said that they don't take back washers, I had to go directly to Whirpool to have it repaired! IMAGINE, not even one day of having it working and I, the VALUED customer had to get repair service! It still isn't working properly and they wont take it back. I am lodging a complaint with consumer affairs on the issue. Doesn't seem fair to me that a new appliance cannot be returned and of course, Leons DOES NOT STATE THAT ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Trust me, they are so BUYER BEWARE.
The pedestals arrived a week late and the delivery chaps wouldn't install them. Said that the sales rep should have informed me of this during the purchase, which he did not. Imagine having to lift a 150lb washer to install pedstals? How does Leons expect a single mother to accomplish that?
BUYER BEWARE WITH LEONS! What a scam they are running.
