The store doesn't like to back their junk up
I would like to warn people to think very seriously before purchasing anything from this store. We have shopped here for many years and they are wonderful until they have made their sale. The store doesn't like to back their junk up. We had a sofa that was literally falling apart (less than 3 months old) and it took many phone calls and discussions to finally get some answers. Convinced me that we were the only ones to have troubles with this sofa...WRONG...the rep from the manufacture tells us they took it off because it was a nightmare. Finally after going through heck and back, they replace it....not that we had much better luck, a couple months later, major problems again. After a lot of phone calls made by us and staying on top of them....this was their deal....we can give you your money back or a reselect with a 25% loss of money to us. WHAT THE HECK....why should we have loss money on something that was falling apart that we so carefully looked after. It is a family run business so they work for each other, NEVER the customer. We have fairly new appliances from them that have given us problems, they tell you to call the company and do nothing to help you or support the customer once it has left their floor. I cant believe the people that i have spoken to lately that have gone through this same thing but really didn't fight because Leons made them feel that it is done and they are not entitled to do anything.....WHAT A CROCK! the only reason people shop there is that our City doesn't offer many other choices, so i feel, as do many others they have you right where they want you. So my warning to anyone considering Leons.....make sure you have everything in writing and another thing, don't give up the fight.........that is what they want you to do!
