I have called with a 40 min wait time or a full voicemailboxtrying to get an RMA# to return colon cleanse for which I was charged 79.76

Company sent a free sample then charged my account $74, plus charged me another $29 without my consent...a complete fruad, tried calling there 800# but get a recording, tried to use there website but get a black page...very upset will notify my bank ...thank you
