SERVICE

Lester Glenn does not live up to GOOD service...

They have messed up 2 appointments in the past and today I had a 3 O'clock for my free oil change. I was scheduled for 3PM, but arrived earlier (2:15) because I wasn't feeling well. Their service coordinator spends all her time chit chatting on the phone, their waiting area smells from stale coffee and stale sugar donuts...It was disgusting.

The place was empty and after almost 30 minutes, I asked why my car had not been taken in for service. SHE (the chit chatting coordinator) said I had to wait till 3PM...My scheduled appt...I LEFT!

Lester Glenn can shove their so called free oil changes up their proverbial...I go to Smittys and I am in and out in 20 minutes or less...for $25.00...I love my hyundai, but I HATE LESTER GLENN...

THEY SUCK!

Service

I keep reading the complaints about these idiots at Lester Glenn.

Nothing in the world worst then Zina. The service manager. She and her henchmen will do anything to avoid honoring a warrenty. It always takes threatening a lawsuit to get these crooks to do what's right by the customer. As for the Krashauer they like that Zina saves them money by cheating customers on service.

I regret ever going there. If I can afford it I'd sell this POS Hynduai, it's the worst car I ever bought.

Do yourself a favor AVOID these bastards at all costs!!!
