Sold me a cell phone that they said they had in stock and took an extra fee to mail it in 2 days. Then three days later emailed me that there was a problem with my order not going through. Asked for my credit numbers over again and resubmitted them to VISA, still claiming that the phones were still in stock. Told me that it went through ok this time. The next day I receive a notification that they are out of stock on my choice of phones, but supply a list of other choices. They also say that phone is expected to be back in stock this same day. However, when I call to discuss just why I received an out-of-stock notice on the day new stock is expected, I am told they have been out-of-stock on that phone for some time now, but that they still list new stock as coming in everyday. By now I have missed the other sales at competitors who really did have real stock and delivered the same phones. I have dated emails from 11/24/10 through 11/30/10 (so far) to substantiate my claims. Don't know how to include them in your browse box below.
