I purchased a used Mercury Mountaineer 2002 in March 2010. I was told by the dealer that he had changed the oil and made sure all the parts were in working order. In the months following the purchase, I had it looked at by my mechanic and he found several things in need of repair - the speedometer, the oil was never changed, the a/c doesn't work properly and a few other repairs. I have an agreement bill of sale, signed March 3, 2010, that states that the dealership certifies that the "entire vehicle is in condition and repair to render, under normal use, satisfactory and adequate service at the time of delivery." I am not satisfied and I tried to speak to the dealership just weeks after the purchase and the owner was rude and refused to even address my concerns. I am hoping I have some recourse. Please advise me.
