Entered into a contract with this outfit to service Blockbuster Video sites and Exxon/Mobil sites in March of this year. services were to clean and maintain landscaping at each site. Terms of contract was "net 45 days" for payment. They do not pay, nor do they respond to e-mails. Finally got a partial payment on what was owed, now they refuse to communicate at all. Massachusetts BBB won't get involved.
After researching what I can do under Florida law I am left with filing a lein on each property. Maybe once Blockbuster (DISH Network), EXXON/MOBIL and 7/11 Corp. find out that there is a lein on their properties, they will force LEVEL 1 to pay. Likewise, I plan to place a lein on ALL LEVEL 1 assets.
For the rest of you that have gone through this problem, consider this, dealing with them is interstate commerce and most of it is done over the Internet. Can we spell Internet fraud and interstate commerce violations? Maybe we should all contact the FBI and let them shut this boilerroom operation before they rip off more hard workers like us.
