purchased levis jean from Jay Gee Warehouse sale .I had already washed the jean before i wear. But when i first wear Levis Jean together with Branded Bag (my newly bought LV bag wore less than 10 times), I shocked Levis Jean color ran & casue stain on leather of LV bag.

I went to Levis Asia head office to do a complaint & get some compensation about this.But reception told me to go to Jay Gee since it is Levis distributor in Singpaore & they will take care my complaint. But to my suprise, etiher Levis Asia Head office or Jay Gee distributor didn't take action or compensate the LV bag stain due to their product. They told me it is not manufacturing defect & all the jeans can cause the stain on my bag/ white color cloth . To conclude it is my fault to wear the jean togehter with bag & now get stain on bag due to Levis Jean. They will give me only s$50 voucher out of good will for my euro 960 (s$ 1750) Bag. I denied to take the s$50 voucher since they never take any responsibility for their brand & never mentioned can't wear together with soft color cloth or bag.I feel very upset about this.
