Breach of contract and non return of money
About five months ago I retained the services of this firm tohelp clean up my credit through the three major credit reports and, of course, they needed the initial setup fee immediately to begin so I obliged and transfer about $120 plus or minus in their hands and assured me that my case worker would contact me and when she did she required the fee to pull up my credit profiles and briefly discussed what they'll do for me and for the next weveral weeks I received letters from former creditors stating that their complaint was being removed which was great. It then happened after receiving various former creditor letters that they issued me an e-mail and letter stating they could no longer represent me and gave me no particular reason as to their motivation to "dump" me as a client. I then sent them emails as to their reasoning and requested a return of their money. Then the following weeks I received a refund check was to be sent me and I waited for a week and then phoned them about this matter and they said it would take ten days to issue payment. Patiently awaiting still no check so I began calling once again and spent one half hour on the phone being transferred to a few different client representative and finally talked to some client rep and asked what the hold up was and that I really needed my money returned stating that I deserve my money returned for medication or a condition that is what the doctors term, life threatening, and I shoudn't be without my mediction. Stil no response. So I asked I made another call and that person told me that my file didn't exist. Then I began receiving calls from their office soliciting themselves as people representing themelves as Lexington and asked if I was in need of legal assistance and I told them no that I wasn't followed with more emails offering the Lexington Law Firm requesting I sign up. It's apparent they have some type of communication problem; in desregard of my request for a refund and they stated another man was going to phone me the next day only to receive more of the same "passing the buck." So that is why I will contact the appropriate BBB and will make my first call to the Utah State Bar and I will continue those two agencies which state they will help me collect my money regardless as I will beinning to email those agencies as it is more than apparent they are extorting money from people will also phone the IC3.gov division of the FBI which handles matters concern internet fraud. Sincerely, Brett Montana

Scam
I hired Lexington Law several years ago to remove some inaccurate information. One of the items was a judgement from a hospital. I paid the monthly fee and was told that the removals were guaranteed. Well here I am about 5 years later and I just received notice that the judgement is not only being placed on my credit again, they've added about $3000 in penalties to it. So I called Lexington Law and was basically told "oh no we don't guarantee anything sorry" I demanded a refund and was told no refunds pay your debt!!! I said so I was lied to and Annette replied "yes you were and there is nothing that can or will be done about it" As soon as I mentioned the word "scam" she decided to cut the conversation off. NEVER use them it IS A TOTAL SCAM!!! They are nothing more then reject attorneys!!!

Not A Company of their Word!
I am very disappointed with Lexington Law after cancelling my service last night they send me an email saying my negatives have been removed only to find out that it is not true the BS explanation was that they view my submitted credit report wrong and they though this and that which makes no sense than they wanted to go ahead and re-submitt to the bureus which made no sense because what happen to the original submission which was over a month ago... is a waste during that same month I have been able on my own remove negatives.

Credit
THIS IS ANOTHER SCAM SITE FOLKS. DO NOT USE THEM.
If you need assistance, see someone in your local area PERSONALLY.
I suggest a lawyer. It is the ethical way to resolve and you are dealing with a live person approved by the bar association. No not handle your credit issues online. You open up to FRAUD BIG TIME.

Fraud and lies
I hired Lexington Law to clean up some of my old credit issues. Well they did clean a few in the very beginning, but after that they never resolved anything, but collect my monthly fee. This was one thing, but read the fine print. They charged me almost $200 to just cancel there services. You can get the same service for only $15 a month from other credit reporting agencies. All you have to do is contest what's on your credit report. This is all that Lexington Law did for me. The thing that prompted this complaint was the charge of $177 to discontinue there services. READ THE FINE PRINT!

Unauthorized billing
My husband and I were recommended by a loan officer to work with Lexington Law to improve our credit scores in order to purchase a home. We paid these people over $900 for what they offered a 3 month credit score booster service. Within that 3 months we were told that some things were removed, but when we got our credit reports the items were still listed.

At the end of the service, my credit score was lower than it was when I began service with them. Not to mention that I had accounts from 1999 to resurface as if they were brand new accounts, further hurting my credit score rating. I was very displeased with their service and would not recommend them to anyone!

Fraud and cheating
I was going to use Lexingon Law Firm to help me get out of debt and to help my credit rating well i paid them for my credit reports and they told me how much i had to give them a month for services and that they needed my visa card and like a dummie i gave it to them but they told me that they wouldn't take any money out till i gave them permission when i went to check my balance out for i needed to pay for my medicine i only had a few dollars left in my account. I was very fortune that i don't keep a lot of money in my husbands card so they only got 68.95 but they had been trying to get more out on different days but like i said i don't keep much money in our card i called them and asked them to but my money back and they said i had to pay for their services and i said you hadn't done anything for i hadn't even gotten my credit reports back till 3 days ago and so they hadn't even sent anything to my debtors and they said they couldn't do anything about the money so i told them i know longer needed their services and i told them i was going to report them and they said fine.

Money stealing!
Lexington Law (John C. Heath, Esq.) steals money by never authorized posting of bills to Credit Card Accounts, even after the account is closed. In my case they were supposed to bill my Western Union CC on the 4th of each month. Instead, they bill on the 2nd and then erratically, to justify charging extra, when money were not available. They also lie to you, by telling that the bill was declined, when in fact, they don't post the bill, and then charge late fees.(They promised to send me proof of attempt to post, but never did, because, they did not have one!) They promised to credit for illegally charged amount(s) in telephone conversation (Daniel), to provide the proof of attempt to bill you on time, but they don't do this and don't respond to your communications after.

Their correspondence with Credit Bureau is ineffective, because they mail the same form letter for everyone, and Credit Bureaus recognize their 'signature' and stall the process of investigation, stating to customers, that they should telephone them directly (The lines don't answer or ask you to send proof that you are, who you say you are). After loosing several months the process starts all over. What's the purpose of paying to Lexington Law...
