I purchased a Lexmark wireless laptop printer at Walmart. I found out it was smashed so I took it back got a refund. Got a new one and the bonus Photo explosion se 3.0 did not read. I called tec support that comes with the printer and got some people in Dubai. After swiching me over a few times they told me( why don't you just not use the cd.)
Told him because I bought it with the printer and he should help me out. He told me to just look it up on the Internet. So to my shock I hung up and found some numbers on the Internet . I called them they looked up the cd said it was discontinued and tough luck. So now I have a printer with only half the software I was promised when I purchased it.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND RIP OFFS!
