I bought a Lexmark printer from Walmart and after the trouble I had with a previous printer I only use factory produced toner. After many emails from me to tech support when I had to provide the model number, serial number, purchase date... I ended up having Lexmark stop answering my emails and I still print color with a green tone. My recomendation is not to buy a Lexmark unless you have deep pockets.
