I purchase LG LCD TV 42" and DVD player from Croma, Faridabad on 16/10/09. Subsequently TV was delivered on 17/10/09 and DVD player is yet to be delivered.
Since then TV is packed in the box and no engineer has visited the place for the installation of the same. My Invoice numbers are 118-75743 and 118-75753.
I received following service request number from LG : C09A1903429 and C09A1810522. I had constant followup with 24 hours customer help centre twice I was told they have send the reminder. They also gave one contact number which was not contactable.
It seems LG believes only in selling in products and forget about after sales service they are least bothered about even installation of the TV .
