I bought and LG AC over 2 weeks back and raised several requests for Installation ( 2 Tonne Window AC) .
Every time I was promised that someone would visit / come and instal within 24 hours.. However no-one ever turned up.
... A service engineer came to check if AC was installed.. I got sms's for Customer satisfaction, I got calls asking if I was happy with LG service.. And all this happened without LG providing me any service.
I raised it several times but no-one cared. Finally one day I got a call and someone from LG said " We don’t install Window Acs - we only install Split ACs " - am not sure why LG sells window Acs if they cannot install !!!
Anyways I am pretty disgusted with LG and now repent buying the AC. I was ready to pay the amount for instalation, but no-one wanted to do it. I want compensation for poor service, mental agony and repeated unnecessary calls I had to pick up from silly LG customer Service Agents checking on Customer Satisfaction.
