I am extremely sorry to inform you but have no other alternatives.
The online complaint system for India is useless. Please update it or remove it. It just doesnot work.
Also please change the drop down menu in the Appointment Date, it doesnot show year 2008.
Anyways, the complaint:
This is to kindly bring to your notice that I have a 1ton window AC, which has been a pain in the neck from the time it has been bought. I have repeatedly reported it through the Call Centre number and also through the local LG technicians. After repeated efforts from the technician the problem is not yet solved. The local technician now even recognizes my voice over phone and is very apologetic and making efforts to do something, but nothing worthwhile is being done yet from LG.
There has been a constant noise from the machine and your technicians who have been attending it for one year now is fully aware of it, but as mentioned earlier couldnot do anything over the last year. The fact which is most disheartening is that never we were attended by any senior technician, who, I believe, may be capable of fixing the problem or in a situation of taking some decision regarding the matter. What you have been doing in the process is slowly but surely expiring my date of free service opportunity and also the warranty period.
Can I please expect some swift response from your side or its asking for too much from you…..
