I have bought home an LG A/C for the past 2-3 years and I have also bought home all the worries and worst in class service to my Home. Right from the First summer we started having problems with the A/C and we contacted the service centre who kept on insisting that the equipment is fine and all it needs is a little repair, noting major. From then on I think our A/C has been worked on so many times on so many different parts that I have lost a clue.
We even asked for a replacement in the first year itself, when it was repaired almost four times but the LG Team kept insisting that they can fix it. Immediately after the first year was over and then knew we were out of warranty, their tone and customer handling changed very significantly and they started blaming everything else as the cause for the problem but their A/C.
We have had the most horrible experience with the Service Centre and total lack of ownership by the LG Team. We are sleeping at our relative's place since the past few days as they have taken the A/C and they are still trying to figure out the SMALL problem that their A/C is having since so many years.
