I will never purchase an LG appliance again. Nor will I ever do business at Conn's again. Both have zero customer service.
In October 2006 we purchased an LG dishwasher. That is when the nightmare began. We bought it from Conn's (a fitting name by the way). 33 days after we bought it, we got an "LE" message on the LCD display. After some research, I found that meant a problem with the motor or wiring harness. I called Conn's and told them that I felt I should get a new machine. They told me it was outside of the 30 day window for replacement but they could send a technician out. I told them that was not right and I would never do business with them again. I was told "I'm sorry you feel that way sir". Since then, we have had 2 motors, 1 wiring harness, bent rails, new rack, drain hose leak which flooded my family room, another wiring problem and last week we got "LE" again! We have spent hundreds on service calls, countless hours complaining to LG (who doesn't care) so we diecided to cut our losses and buy a new dishwasher. After coming home from shopping for a new dishwasher, guess what the display on my washing machine (purchased before the dishwasher) said. You guessed it "LE"!
LG is awful and so is Conn's.
