I work for a dealer in Miami, Fl. My complaint is with the L.G. laundry which most of what we 've been selling lately has not worked/function properly. There's only one repair company appointed by L.G. down here that actually exists. That company has trouble honorig the service, specially under warranty. If you go thru L.G. direct you'll find yourself talking to a person that describes itself as a supervisor; supervisor? all of their operators are supervisors!! does that make sense? when you ask for a higher personel in charge; they say that there's no one above them. Arranging for a service call with L.G. direct which should make it easier, is actually a fight for your life!!! no one cares, the local representatives don't care. the company doesn't care and we can go on and on down the list. Is really not a good thing when you purchase a product and somethings goes wrong with it and basicly you're on your own. I advice everyone against buying L.G. specially the laundry; it really is not the best laundry out there and they don't care about you.
