I bought LG front load washing machine in January 2006 with warranty period of 2 years.
5 days back suddenly the machine door got locked with my clothes stuck up inside. Immediately I lodged a complaint with LG call center.
Even after repeated reminders nobody turned up at my place. every day I call up the call center at least thrice. All I get in return is false promises. The call center manager is too busy to talk to the harassed customers like me. I think they are a bunch of shameless people.
I even wrote a mail to their Branch Service Incharge and regional incharge today. However, no reply is received from them.
I strongly recommend that anybody reading should not buy LG products as they don't provide you any customer service whatsoever.
