I purchased my LG Plasma Television December 19, 2009 at the Audio and Video store in Santa Monica California and before my warranty expired on December 19, 2010 there was sound on my television but there was no picture. I called LG and I was transferred to customer service for troubleshooting and during troubleshooting with a customer service representative my television cracked internally.
I wrote a complaint letter and faxed it over to a supervisor in customer service and he said that it was not LG fault and the warranty will not cover internal cracked panel and that it was my fault this incident happened and they could not help me. I’m still in shock and I cant believe how LG so called life’s good product and customer service has handled my case. Does anyone have suggestions?
